These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.loginvent.com (the “Site”), operated by LOGINVENT PTE. LTD. (“Loginvent”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

“Content” means all text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials made available on the Site. “Products” means our software offerings, including Loginvent ERP, the Inspectorin inspection marketplace, and Cognitic, each of which may be subject to separate agreements.

3. Use of the Site

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your internal business or informational purposes. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site or its Content except as expressly permitted;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks;
• introduce malware or use any automated means (such as scrapers or bots) to access the Site without our prior written consent; or
• use the Site to infringe the rights of others or to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading material.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and all Content are owned by or licensed to LOGINVENT PTE. LTD. and are protected by intellectual property laws. All trademarks, service marks, and logos — including “Loginvent”, “Inspectorin”, and “Cognitic” — are the property of their respective owners. Except for the limited licence above, nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Site or its Content.

5. Products and services

The Site is an informational and marketing website. Access to and use of our Products is governed by separate terms, order forms, or subscription agreements entered into between you and Loginvent. Information on the Site about Products is provided for general guidance and does not constitute an offer or a binding commitment.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, products, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOGINVENT PTE. LTD. and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site.
