5. Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business in a way that does not override your rights; the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one; and compliance with legal obligations. Under the PDPA, we process personal data on the basis of consent (including deemed consent) or as otherwise permitted by law.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, hosting, analytics, and email providers) under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations;
- our group products and affiliates, including Inspectorin and Cognitic, where relevant to your request;

7. International transfers
We operate internationally, and your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under applicable law, such as using recognised safeguards or contractual protections.
8. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When personal data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise it.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal data; to withdraw consent; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to request a copy of your data in a portable format. Where the GDPR applies, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sales@loginvent.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
